تعالي إليّ لتنتشليني من قاع بحار الحيرة والتزييف

فوق ضفاف الكوثر أن أعرف من يحمل ما أخذته إليه الريح
من يحمل ممتلكاتي تلك بلا تجريح ؟
أن أمضي لأدخل في قلبه دون أن يسمع صوت خطاي
لأبحث عن روحي في داخله وأرى
هل يوجد في القلب سواي؟
ولكن أيتها الروح، بيني وبينه هذا الكوثر
لأنه يحضن وحده وطن
